Program Overview
The Beauty Room VIP Loyalty Program is designed to reward our valued clients for their loyalty and commitment to enhancing their beauty and well-being. By enrolling in the VIP Loyalty Program, clients gain access to exclusive benefits and privileges that enhance their experience with us.
Membership Details
Clients who join the VIP Loyalty Program are required to pay a minimum of $50 per month to maintain their membership.
Membership fees are non-refundable and will be automatically charged to the client's chosen payment method each month.
The VIP Loyalty Program entitles members to a generous 10% discount on all treatments offered by Beauty Room Cosmetic Clinic. This discount is applicable to the total cost of treatments only and does not apply to product purchases.
Members have the flexibility to use their accumulated credits for product purchases, treatment courses, and other eligible services offered by Beauty Room Cosmetic Clinic.
Credits accrued in the VIP Loyalty Program do not expire and can be accumulated over time.
Credits cannot be redeemed for cash and have no cash value.
Memberships in the VIP Loyalty Program are non-transferable and cannot be shared between clients.
VIP Lounge Access
Becoming a VIP client grants members access to our exclusive VIP Lounge, designed to provide a serene and luxurious environment for relaxation and rejuvenation.
Access to the VIP Lounge is subject to availability and is provided exclusively to VIP members during their scheduled appointments.
Clients are expected to adhere to the rules and guidelines of the VIP Lounge to ensure a comfortable and respectful experience for all members.
Program Changes and Termination
Beauty Room Cosmetic Clinic reserves the right to modify or terminate the VIP Loyalty Program, including membership fees, benefits, and terms, at any time with prior notice to members.
Members may choose to cancel their VIP membership after a minimum of 3 months by notifying Beauty Room Cosmetic Clinic in writing. Cancellations will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle.
Compliance and Participation
By participating in the VIP Loyalty Program, members agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined above. Beauty Room Cosmetic Clinic reserves the right to take appropriate action, including the suspension or termination of membership, in cases of violation of program guidelines.
