Terms & Conditions
Children Under 12 Years of Age
We kindly request that clients refrain from bringing children under the age of 12 to our salon. Our tranquil atmosphere and advanced treatments are designed to provide a relaxing experience for all our clients. The presence of young children can potentially disrupt the serene environment, impact the treatment quality, and compromise the safety of both the child and others. Clients are encouraged to make childcare arrangements before visiting our salon to ensure a comfortable and distraction-free experience.
Mobile Phone Use
To maintain a tranquil and professional ambiance, we ask all clients to silence their mobile phones upon entering our salon. We understand the importance of staying connected, but in consideration of others, we request that all phone calls be conducted outside the treatment rooms or in designated areas. The use of speakerphone and loud ringtones is discouraged to prevent any disturbance to fellow clients and our team members.
Cancellation Notification
Clients are kindly requested to notify us of any changes or cancellations to their bookings at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. This advance notice allows us to accommodate other clients and effectively manage our schedules.
Cancellation Fees
If a client fails to provide notification of changes or cancellations within the 48-hour period prior to the scheduled appointment, a cancellation fee of 50% of the booked treatment value will be charged to the client.
In the event of a no-show, where a client does not attend their appointment without prior notification, a cancellation fee of 100% of the booked treatment value will be charged to the client.
Discretionary Adjustments
Beauty Room Cosmetic Clinic reserves the right to exercise discretion in determining the cancellation fee percentage in cases where a client does not attend their scheduled appointment. Factors such as the specific circumstances and the impact on our scheduling and availability will be considered in such situations.
Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for providing timely notification of any changes or cancellations to their appointments. Clients are encouraged to notify us through the preferred communication channels provided by the salon, including phone, email, or online booking platform. Clients are responsible for understanding and adhering to the cancellation policy outlined above.
Compliance and Enforcement
Our team members are authorized to apply the cancellation policy and associated fees as outlined above. Clients are expected to understand and respect the policy to ensure fair treatment for all.
Punctuality
We greatly value the time of our clients and team members. To ensure the best possible experience, we kindly request clients to arrive promptly for their scheduled appointments. In cases where a client arrives late:
The treatment will be completed as originally scheduled, without a discount or an extension of the appointment time.
If the client has arrived so late that the treatment cannot be satisfactorily performed, a cancellation fee of 50% of the booked treatment value will be charged to the client.
